The Surrey Wills Company

The Surrey Wills Company is a small private client legal practice based in Cranleigh that is run by Wendy Amos.

Wendy first started The Surrey Wills Company in 2010 working from home and the company is now in a prominent position on Cranleigh High Street. Wendy’s clients are not just from Surrey however, and reach out to the neighbouring counties of Hampshire, Sussex and Essex and even to London, Kent, Cheshire, Devon – and beyond.

Wendy is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and has a Diploma in Law and Practice. Wendy is also an Affiliate of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation, which is one of the highest legal qualifications available in the practice of wills and succession in England & Wales. 

Wendy maintains an annual record of Continual Professional Development (CPD) to keep up to date with relevant private client matters, including updates in legislation and case law. Overall, Wendy’s practice is to adhere to a high-level code of conduct so that her clients can be sure that their instructions are dealt with by a true specialist in this area of law.

Due to Wendy’s personal approach, her clients mainly come by recommendation and are also referred by trusted financial advisers to provide holistic estate planning to their clients.
