COVID-19
IMPORTANT NOTICE (updated: 2nd September 2023)
COVID-19, Colds and Flu
In the post-pandemic world, The Surrey Wills Company will continue to take a cautious approach when seeing clients in person to help keep our clients and staff safe.
If you, or anyone in your household, test positive for COVID-19 or develop cold or flu like symptoms then we politely ask that you do not attend our office and instead call us to rearrange your appointment or otherwise we can accommodate remote meetings (where possible). This is a measure that will help to keep our staff, and the vulnerable clients we see, safe and well.
Equally, if you are self-isolating or would prefer not to attend our office but would still like to proceed with your instructions then please contact us to discuss ways in which we can help you complete your will and other important legal documents during this time. This might include a remote meeting to discuss your requirements so that we may proceed to prepare you a draft and, once a draft is approved, the witnessing of legal documents through a window at home, for example.
A copy of our ‘COVID-19 Coronavirus Continuity Plan and Client Safety Policy’ is available on request.
Please get in touch to see how we can help you.
